College Park Community Center

The College Park Community Center was a collaborative effort by the City of Orlando and Orange County Public Schools for which we provided project design and construction oversight services.

The firm designed the community center to emulate the look of adjacent Princeton Elementary School. It features the city’s newest gymnasium, equipped with state-of-the-art workout and cardio equipment. The facility also includes a computer lab, men and women’s locker rooms, a teen room, a multi-purpose room, and a food prep area. Outdoor amenities include a baseball field, a swimming pool, open green space, a playground with large shade trees, a wood deck, and nearby benches.
