Geico Parking Garage

C.T. Hsu + Associates provided design/build services for a $34 million parking structure that serves the needs of the Amway Center. The multi-level, open parking structure features 1,876 spaces with high speed ramps, an automated parking and controls system, energy efficient lighting system, public art features in elevator lobbies and at the main exterior entry way, and a climate controlled elevated pedestrian bridge at level 5 connecting to the Amway Center. The project was completed in August 2010 and is currently tracking for LEED Gold certification.
