C.T. Hsu + Associates a complete renovation of the 1970s Engelwood facility including upgraded HVAC, lighting, plumbing and interior finishes. The building’s exterior was redesigned to incorporate a series of phased additions to provide new spaces for arts and crafts, a community room, weight lifting and fitness, Teen/Multi-Purpose Room, Computer Room, Library and Activity Pavilion.
