The C.T. Hsu Group has partnered with the Tavistock Group to purchase 206 acres of property in South Orlando that includes the former Agere Chip Manufacturing Plant facilities and more than 1MM square feet of commercial/retail space. The firm is currently exploring a number of options for the property to create a development of meaningful economic impact for the region.
