Clermont Community Center

C.T. Hsu + Associates is providing planning and architectural service for the City of Clermont, Florida, including development of a space needs assessment and site analysis for a new community center and site modifications. The facility will be located at the corner of East Avenue and Palm Street in Clermont. This new Community Center will be equipped for different sized gatherings with divisible event spaces, associated support functions, office space for facility management, and conference space. Exterior public spaces will be provided lakeside to allow for events that range from a few people to large weddings. The center will be approximately 30,000 square feet with on-site parking for approximately 205 vehicles. The existing bicycle trail will be relocated from the lakefront to a new position along East Avenue and routed around the project to tie into the existing lakefront park.
