David Lim

David Lim has joined the firm as a project manager/designer.  Lim has more than 10 years of experience in architecture, design and project management.  His career includes conceptual design, contract negotiations and design coordination for the Palm Coast (Fla.) Town Center and Vilano Beach Town Center in St. Augustine, Fla. – both mixed use projects – as well as the Sawgrass Resort in Ponta Vedra, Fla. and the Golden Beach Resort in Grand Bahama.  He earned his bachelor of architecture degree from the California College of the Arts in San Francisco and interned for Consortizio Venezia Nuova, a private consortium which proposed a solution to the sinking of Venice that was approved by the Italian government in 2003 and slated for completion in 2011

Jason Frazier

Jason Frazier, development specialist with The C.T. Hsu Group, has been named a Paul Harris Fellow by the Rotary Club of Orlando.  The recognition was created in memory of Rotary’s founder as a way to show appreciation for contributions to the organization’s charitable and educational programs.  It is conferred on someone who contributes, or in whose name is contributed, $1,000, and is considered by members one of the most meaningful honors awarded by Rotary.  Frazier has been an Orlando Rotarian since 2001.

Shane Clark

Shane Clark has joined the firm as a project manager/designer.  He has 10 years of experience in architectural design, primarily residential, education and arts/entertainment projects.  Most recently, he was a project manager at the Guy Peterson/Office for Architecture design studio in Sarasota, Fla., where he worked predominantly on residential projects.  Shane holds both an advanced masters degree in Architecture and a bachelor of design degree in Architecture from the University of Florida where he was awarded an AIA Certificate of Merit for excellence in the study of architecture and the UF Award for excellence in design, and served as editor-in-chief of the university’s Architrave Design Magazine.
