Tavistock and C.T. Hsu Group partner to purchase 206 acres in Orange County – The C.T. Hsu Group has partnered with the Tavistock Group to purchase 206 acres of property at the crossroads of John Young Parkway, the Beachline Expressway/SR 528 and the Florida Turnpike.  Among the assets on the property are the Agere Chip Manufacturing Plant facilities and more than one-million square feet of commercial/retail space.

CTHG is currently exploring a number of options for developing this substantial property.  “Given the considerable extent of our combined resources and world views, I am confident the result will be a development of meaningful economic impact for the region,” said C.T. Hsu.

“We are confident that these two great corporate citizens will bring new and vibrant ideas and resources to that area,” noted Orange County Mayor Richard T. Crotty.  Added Tavistock CEO Rasesh Thakkar, “We are pleased to be working with an accomplished individual like C.T. Hsu.”
