Winter Garden City Hall

C.T. Hsu + Associates along with Clancy & Theys Construction Company provided design/build services for a new $10.2 million city hall for the City of Winter Garden, Fla. The three-story 40,000 GSF facility features a sleek, geometric and dramatic look reminiscent of 1930s-era public buildings and the city’s original city hall and has been unanimously praised for its contribution to Winter Garden’s historic small-town charm.
