Clermont City Hall

C.T. Hsu + Associates’ carefully proportioned and detailed design for Clermont City Hall uses brick and architectural elements to complement and build on the existing historic structures and character along the city’s main street.  The project consists of a three-story, 32,000 square-foot building designed by to meet the needs of the city over the next 20 years.  It includes office space, meeting rooms and a 3,000 square-foot, 139-seat council chamber.
