Comprehensive Master Plan

CT Hsu + Associates provided a comprehensive master plan update for the 185-acre Oviedo Campus of Seminole State College, including an analysis of existing facilities and infrastructure, location of future facilities, and the development of campus design guidelines. The 20-year master plan provides the college with an integrated framework to guide it's long-term growth and physical development while protecting it's unique, natural character. The master plan and guidelines are the roadmap to a future sustainable, green campus supporting the college and the local community in Central Florida.
