Seminole State College Oviedo Campus Master Plan
We introduced a comprehensive master plan update for Seminole State College's Oviedo Campus. The master plan included an analysis of existing facilities and infrastructure, location of future facilities, and the development of campus design guidelines.
The 20-year master plan provides the college with an integrated framework to guide it’s long-term growth and physical development while protecting its unique and natural character. The master plan and guidelines are the roadmaps to future sustainable, green campus supporting the college and the local community in Central Florida.
