C.T. HSU + ASSOCIATES SELECTED FOR DR. PHILLIPS HIGH SCHOOL
COMPREHENSIVE NEEDS PROJECT
ORLANDO, Fla. (December 17, 2010) – Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) has selected C.T. Hsu + Associates to provide architectural and engineering services for the Dr. Phillips High School Comprehensive Needs Project to provide improved facilities and modernize the campus located at 6500 Turkey Lake Road in Orlando.
Major elements of the project include renovation/remodeling of approximately 372,940 Gross Square Feet (GSF) at the existing Dr. Phillips High School main South Campus that was constructed in 1987. Several buildings will be renovated/remodeled, including administrative, multi-purpose/dining, classroom, laboratory, art, music suite, media center, science, gymnasium, performing arts center, field house and football stadium.
The project will also include 35,000 GSF of new construction to the South Campus.
